EASY RETURNS POLICY
RETURN WINDOW
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
HOW TO RETURN
- Initiate return through your account dashboard
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Attach the prepaid return label (EU only)
- Drop at designated carrier location
REFUND PROCESSING
- Refunds issued within 7 business days of receipt
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Amount credited to original payment method
- Store credit option available
EXCEPTIONS
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom/made-to-order products
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Used or damaged merchandise
EXCHANGES
For size/color exchanges:
- Return original item following standard procedure
- Place new order for desired item

FAULTY ITEMS
For defective products:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos/video of defect
- We cover return shipping costs
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Customer responsible for return shipping
- May incur customs fees
- Refund excludes original shipping charges

- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days
- Allow 14 days for return processing
- Keep return tracking information
- Sale items may only qualify for store credit
